Brookfield Abseil Tower
Brookfield Outdoor Education Centre is a stunning property at the upper end of Moores Valley Road, Wainuiomata owned by Scouts NZ. Located only 40 minutes drive from the centre of Wellington.
In 2023 the final touches were made on the renovated abseil tower and Captivate Adventures is the sole audited provider (AdventureMark) of abseil services on the tower.
The tower has multiple abseil experiences from a short 5m abseil to massive 18m drops from the top of the tower.
Generally bookings are for groups that have also booked the camp, but there may be room to squeeze you in between groups.
School Groups
Minimum age is 7 years for the smaller abseil, 10 years to go off the top!
